AT-2010: Single speed motor and 1/2" chuck. This unit holds up to a 3/4" tap shank for chasing large holes. Larger chamfering and deburring tolls can also be used.

 

AT-2110: Two speed motor and 1/2" chuck. Combines the versatility and accuracy of all three Accu-Tappers. Allows the operator two different speeds and the capability to hold larger shanks when retapping, chamfering, and deburring large holes.

 

 

ACCESSORIES INCLUDE:

 

2111-000 - Angle Plate: Suitable for mounting fixturing. Pre-slotted to conform to 1/4-20 tooling holes in the tapper faceplate.

 

2100-176 - Die Holder: Accommodates 13/16 Round Adjustable Die, for OD threading.

 

2110-176 - Die Holder: Same as above for 1" Round Adjustable Die.

 

It is highly recommended, when tapping with the ACCU-TAPPER Tapping Machine, that the part is properly fixtured. This will eliminate the torque influence on the part and also give instant part to tap registration. This can be as simple as a bolt screwed into one of the predrill and tapped holes in the faceplate. We have right angle mounting plates available for fixturing.
